The show was displayed for 10 days before the start of the main event. 

The video content started with a full 3D animation to capture the audience’s attention. 

The animation was developed using the architectural shape of the facade and its windows, allowing the creation of the design concept of multiple small dancers that transformed into a big dancer silhouette as big as the entire building facade.

The second part of the show was developed as a pure advertising poster to show the event’s main artists, converting the building into a giant futuristic billboard.

During one of the weekends, we allocated a very famous DJ to the building rooftop to enhance the festival activation experience. 

Vita Events’ Role in the Project 

Vita Events supplied the entire technical production equipment, temporal structures, and logistics.

We developed the concept from scratch, interpreting the client’s brief and producing a feasibility study to initiate the event budget management and the production drawing process.

The project was delivered using the new Panasonic PT-RZ50K projectors, which are the most powerful video projectors on the market. With an output of 50,000 Lumens and the 4K native resolution, they guaranteed the project’s success in terms of visibility and image quality.

The playback was managed using the VX4 media servers by Disguise, which allowed the maximum quality output and fidelity of the entire system.
